What we are
SPS Alfachem sources and supplies organic and inorganic chemicals to industrial manufacturers. We sit between producers and buyers — qualifying sources, holding specifications, building landed costs and managing the documentation and logistics that turn a quotation into delivered material.
Our work runs from single-line replenishment through to multi-item RFQ and tender programmes covering hundreds of line items across both chemistries. The scale changes; the discipline does not.
How we work
Distribution attracts a certain amount of noise — broad claims, catalogues that promise everything, prices that move once you accept them. We try to run the opposite way: quote what we can actually source, say clearly when we cannot compete on a line, and put the constraints in writing before the order rather than after it.
Principles we hold to
- No silent substitutions. If the exact grade is unavailable, you hear it from us before you order.
- Honest no-bids. We would rather mark a line as uncompetitive than win it and fail to deliver.
- Lead times that hold. Quoted from confirmed capacity, not from what would be convenient.
- Problems raised early. A delay you know about is manageable; one you discover is not.
