We evaluate producers on specification conformity, documentation quality, consistency between lots and reliability of supply — not on price alone.

Classification, packaging, labelling and transport documentation prepared according to the requirements applicable to each material and route.
Specification control
We quote against the specification you supply. Where only an equivalent grade is available, we say so explicitly and let you decide — substitutions are never silent.
Traceability
Lot and batch identification maintained from producer through to delivery, so any query can be traced back to its origin.
Regulatory awareness
Import, export and restricted-material requirements are checked per material and destination as part of the quotation, not discovered at the border.
If something is wrong
Occasionally a shipment arrives outside specification, short, or damaged. Our position is straightforward: tell us, keep the retained sample and documentation, and we will trace it back to the producing lot and resolve it — replacement, credit or return, depending on what the situation actually calls for.
We would rather take a difficult call early than discover a problem when you are already three weeks into production with the material.
A note on certifications. This page describes how SPS Alfachem works. It deliberately does not list quality-management certifications, registrations or accreditations. Where you require evidence of a specific certification — ours or a producer's — ask and we will provide the current documentation, or tell you plainly if we do not hold it.
