From enquiry to delivered material
The same process runs whether you send one line item or a several-hundred-line tender workbook. The difference is scale, not method.

Enquiry & specification review
We read the specification before we price it — grade, purity, impurity limits, packaging, delivery point and any regulatory constraints. Anything ambiguous gets asked about, not assumed.
Supplier qualification
We approach producers who can genuinely meet the spec, confirm current capacity and lead time, and request documentation. Where continuity matters, we identify an alternate source at the same time.
Costing & landed price
Material cost, packaging, freight, duty and handling are built into a landed figure so the price on the sheet is the price that lands — not an ex-works number with surprises attached.
Submission in your format
Line-by-line pricing returned in the workbook, portal or template your procurement team uses, with lead times and pack sizes populated per item.
Award & order placement
On award we place and confirm with the producer, lock the production slot, and issue an order acknowledgement with confirmed dates.
Shipment & documentation
Material ships with CoA, SDS and the commercial and transport documentation required for your receiving process and jurisdiction.
Multi-item bid programmes
Large RFQ packages fail on the boring parts: an unpopulated column, a pack size that does not match the tender unit, a lead time quoted from hope. Handling that volume reliably is its own discipline.
We take on tender workbooks spanning both organic and inorganic chemistries, reconcile each line against a qualified source, and return the package complete — on the deadline, in the required format, with the items we cannot competitively serve marked clearly rather than padded with a number.
- Line-by-line coverage across mixed chemistries
- Unit and pack-size reconciliation against the tender sheet
- Lead times quoted from confirmed producer capacity
- Clear no-bid marking where we are not competitive
- Fast turnaround on revised rounds and counter-offers
What we need from you
The more of this we have at the start, the tighter the price and the fewer rounds of clarification.
